Concerned about the risk of hot money inflows into the region, Asian governments are considering various measures, including capital controls to stem these inflows. They are also consulting the Asian Development Bank to tackle the new dynamic that has emerged as a result of the US dollar carry trade. Jonathan Rogers reports.
