LOANS: Ascendas REIT Allocated After Downsizing
The S$275m (US$243m) three-year facility for Ascendas REIT has finally been allocated after being downsized to S$150m. Pricing too has been reduced to 175bp over SOR from 250bp earlier. The deal paid top level all-in of 290bp over SOR in April 2009 when it was initially sounded by MLAs ANZ, Natixis, OCBC and Standard Chartered. ANZ, however, has left the downsized deal with the facility equally allocated between the remaining lenders.
