Garuda FRN vote postponed
Indonesian carrier Garuda has announced that the meeting of noteholders for the restructuring of its due 2007 FRN has been adjourned to 10 a.m., Singapore time, January 11, 2010, for failure to meet the quorum requirements under the trust deed constituting the paper, which required holders and/or their representatives holding 75% of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of notes to attend or be represented at the meeting held last Friday December 11.
