EQUITIES: PE-Owned Cinema Chain Mulls ASX IPO
Hoyts, an Australian cinema chain owned by Pacific Equity Partners, is in the early stages of appointing advisers on a possible exit. The group is considering an IPO or a trade sale. PEP bought the company for A$440m (US$396m) in 2007.
