Søren Elbech

Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank

Søren Elbech has been treasurer of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank since December 2016, based in Beijing. Before that, he served as treasurer of the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington DC between December 2007 and April 2014 and of Eksportfinans between 2002 and 2007. Earlier, Elbech worked at Nordic Investment Bank and at Danske Bank.

Andreas Dombret

Deutsche Bundesbank

Andreas Dombret has been a member of the executive board of the Bundesbank since May 2010, with responsibility among other things for banking and financial supervision, risk control, and the central bank’s rep offices abroad. He is the Bundesbank’s deputy for the IMF, and a member of the supervisory board of the European Central Bank and the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision.

Alexi Chan

HSBC

Alexi Chan is the global co-head of DCM at HSBC, overseeing a team of over 200 professionals around the world. He is based in Hong Kong and previously worked in Singapore and London. Before joining HSBC in 2000, he worked as an economic adviser to HM Treasury, the UK’s economics and finance ministry.

Keith Mullin

KM Capital Markets

Keith Mullin founded KM Capital Markets in March 2017, a media advisory and research consultancy focused on wholesale finance, capital markets, investment banking and financial regulation. Mullin is a market commentator, analyst and thought-leader with over 30 years of experience. Until January 2017, he was editor-at-large of International Financing Review (IFR).

Satoko Tanaka

Japan International Cooperation Agency

Satoko Tanaka is director of the capital markets division at Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), one of the world’s largest bilateral development finance institutions. She has worked for more than 15 years to support growth in developing countries. Earlier, Tanaka worked at the Asian Development Bank from 2011 to 2014 and at Japan Bank for International Cooperation between 2001 and 2008.

Eriko Sakata

With over 25 years of experience in credit ratings and bank credit risk management, Terry Fanous leads Moody’s public, project and infrastructure finance in Asia-Pacific (ex-Japan), managing ratings teams in Hong Kong, China; Singapore; and Australia. He was previously responsible for coverage of the oil and gas as well as mining sectors in Asia-Pacific.

Kunihiro Asai

Nikko Asset Management

Kunihiro Asai is global head of the corporate office at Nikko Asset Management supporting the execution of corporate strategy. He joined Nikko AM in 2006. Before that, he worked in the risk management division of Mitsui & Co from 2001-2006 and spent over a decade at Sanwa Securities and Sanwa Bank.
